Synonyms: encourage, cheer, embolden, hearten, inspire These verbs mean to impart courage, inspiration, and resolution to: encouraged the patient not to give up hope; cheered the contestants on; was emboldened to sing for the guests; was heartened by the test results; were inspired by their initial success to take the next step.
This is simply, an AWESOME word! There is nothing about this word I don't like! So, in 2015, I want to be more encouraging to myself and my business. Encourage myself to not sweat the small stuff, not get bogged down in the dino poo of everyday life.
Encourage myself to be real, to be me . . . the best me! Encourage myself to be present AND accountable! I'm adding this to the phrase I used a lot this year. "Be who you were created to be and you will set the world on fire!" I also really like the saying below. Start your day right.

Encouraging is a two way street though, I think! I need reminding to encourage myself! I think we all tend to forget to encourage ourselves and we then kinda get bogged down in the dino poo and it's hard to be "positive" about that!
I find the best way to encourage myself is to get out of my own way and go encourage and help others! The absolute BEST! The more you give of yourself, the more you get back. The more you put yourself "out there" in the world, the more you are able to help people, even so little as a smile . . . which really is HUGE, not little!
Dr. Bilal Philips said "Your life is your message to the world! Make it inspiring!! Thank you Kalimah for posting that quote today, I love it! Thanks for encouraging me! You can also find Kalimah at Kalimahs Kreations on Facebook! She is an amazing seamstress and sells the best Shea butter on the market, as far as I'm concerned! She whips it into a perfect consistency and infuses it with a variety of lovely, aromatic essential oils. It is really a super product at such a reasonable price and her customer service rocks!
Kalimah loves butterflies, so this photo is for her. I took it at a place called Butterfly Wonderland that I visited last month when I went to see my sister! LOVED IT!
Anyhoo . . . the more you practice this way of thinking and being, the more it encourages YOU in every aspect you might need encouraging in! It's such a total WIN-WIN!
Okay, that's it! Really! No more words, except to remind you to comment on this post or the "present and accountable" post so you can be entered in the giveaway to win a pair of stunning "present" earrings from The Jewel Lady
