Isn't it the cutest cookbook? And the title, Life is Messy Kitchen, well if you could have seen beyond the photos! Yikes!! Messy, for real . . . ask my Sis!

You prob know that Mayi is known as the tiny Panamanian artist with a T-rex heart . . . that's why Mr. T. Golden Rex muscled his way into the shoot! ;)

    1. Hi, Angie!

Chomp! Chomp! It was really good! It was seriously good AND so easy! The zucchini "noodles" were surprisingly easy too! I just used a potato peeler and sliced long strips until I had a big ol' pile! This will be a new staple in my home, for sure! I can't wait to try different sauces and stuff with it . . . oh, a stir fry! How good does that sound?

And, yeah . . . T. Golden Rex has some adventuresome plans up his tiny little sleeve!

I'm glad you're getting the cookbook! It is really so, so adorable and FULL of deliciousness! :) Thanks so much for sharing with me. Let me know when you get the cookbook and maybe we can cook something up together?!

    1. Hi Ani!

I know! I'm still a little bit suprised how awesome they tasted and happily so! I didn't have any corn meal, but I had some quick oats, so I kinda just squished them up in the palm of my hand and used that instead. I also subbed menudo seasoning that I found at the 99 cent store. It has oregano, onion flakes, coriander seed, cumen and chile flakes and I thought that sound pretty good and boy, was it!!

Love the bags too, made it super fun to snack from!

      Glad you stopped by!

    1. Thank you so much, Jen!

It was so much fun! I've decided to do the same thing every time I cook now, have more fun! Maybe not quite so elaborate, but you know what I mean. ;)

I've seen these dinosaurs all over Pinterest and just found them so adorable. I finally found the perfect motivation when I thought of this photo shoot for Mayi, our little Panamanian Artist with a T-Rex heart!

What are you cooking up, girlfriend?
